These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between the organization operating the 6v99 platform and website (https://6v99.lat) ("we", "us", "6v99") and any user of the platform ("you", "member").

By accessing the 6v99 website or application, creating an account, or using any service, you are considered to have given your full consent to these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our platform.

6v99 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms take effect as soon as they are published on the website. Continued use of the platform indicates that you have accepted the updated Terms. We therefore recommend reviewing this page regularly.

2.1 Age Eligibility

To create an account at 6v99 and use any service, you must be 21 years of age or older. This platform is for users aged 21 and above only. Accounts belonging to underage users will be closed immediately and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Rule

Each user may operate only one account. Operating multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, all associated accounts will be permanently closed.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be completely truthful, accurate, and up to date. 6v99 has the full right to cancel an account if false information is provided. 6v99 may request a copy of a valid ID at any time for identity verification.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place on your account.

• Do not share your password with any other person.
• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, notify our support team immediately.
• Avoid logging in from public devices or networks.
• The account may not be transferred or sold to any third party.

6v99 will not be held responsible for any loss arising from a breach of account security, unless the responsibility is a direct result of our own error.

4.1 Deposits

Accepted deposit methods at 6v99 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks). The minimum deposit amount by any method is ৳100.

Each deposit must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts may be declined and the associated account may be suspended for verification.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Successful withdrawals are generally processed within 10–45 minutes. The same approved methods used for deposits must also be used for withdrawals.

If there are active bonus wagering requirements on the account that have not been met, processing the withdrawal may not be possible. 6v99 may request a copy of your ID before processing a withdrawal for verification purposes.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at 6v99 will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A wagering requirement of 15 times the bonus amount applies. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: for a ৳1,200 bonus, a total of ৳18,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 Bonus Usage Rules

• Bonuses may only be used on games designated by 6v99.
• Wagering requirements must be met before winnings earned from a bonus can be withdrawn.
• Multiple bonuses may not be used simultaneously unless explicitly stated in the promotion's terms.
• If evidence of bonus misuse or manipulation is found, the bonus will be cancelled.
• 6v99 reserves the right to modify or discontinue the bonus program at any time.

The 6v99 platform offers cricket betting, slot games, live casino, and other gaming services. Specific rules apply to each game category, and it is your responsibility to read them before playing.

• Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a game or bet becomes void due to a technical error, 6v99 reserves the right to refund the amount of that bet.
• In sports betting, outcomes will be determined in accordance with the decisions of the official governing body.
• If an event is postponed or cancelled, bets will be settled according to 6v99's policy.
• The game client's audited random number generator (RNG) ensures that all outcomes are completely fair.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account cancellation and balance forfeiture:

• Operating games or betting through bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
• Exploiting loopholes in the bonus system to gain an unfair advantage (bonus hunting, bonus abuse).
• Attempting to collect bonuses or rewards by operating multiple accounts.
• Operating an account using a false identity or someone else's identity.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems or hacking.
• Harassing, threatening, or showing disrespectful behaviour toward other members.
• Using the platform for money laundering or to conceal the source of illegal funds.

6v99 monitors all transactions and gaming activity. If evidence of fraudulent activity, collusion betting, or any other dishonest method is found on an account, then:

• The associated account will be immediately suspended or cancelled.
• All winnings and bonuses obtained through fraud will be cancelled.
• Legal action may be taken where applicable.
• The amount of damages may be deducted from the account balance.

You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closing your account, make sure to withdraw any legitimate funds remaining in your balance. As part of responsible gaming, you may also apply for a temporary or permanent self-exclusion.
